Accessibility
Here at The Rock we understand the needs of our disabled customers and we strive to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one.
All our car park levels have lifts running to the ground floor and the entrances to our stores are all on one level.
There are disabled parking bays on car park levels three, four and five.
Bike storage
We have cycle racks at every entrance on the centre but you will be required to bring your own chain.
Cash Machines
Cash machines can be found on Central Street at Barclay’s Bank and Nationwide. There is also a cash machine at the entrance to the M&S Food Hall.
Electric Vehicle Charging Points
The Rock now has a rapid charging point, which can be found on level two of the car park and is part of the Be.EV network. To find out more click here.

Have you lost or misplaced something when visiting The Rock?
