Debenhams wins regional store award
Debenhams team members in The Rock, Bury have been proudly named “Best Store in the Company” for visual standards and presentation.
The judging for the competition was based on retail standards, customer journey, merchandising displays and customer service. The Bury store at The Rock excelled in all of these areas and was crowned the winner from a shortlist of six stores, from across the country.
The special recognition was awarded to Phill Elliot, the store manager by Mike Goring, retail director.
Phill Elliot, Store Manager at Debenhams Bury, said; “This is fantastic news for our store. To be judged the best Debenhams in the country is a remarkable achievement and it’s the first time a non-flagship store has won this award. The team are extremely proud and it’s absolutely deserved for all their hard work and effort.”
